Offically 7 days in...

So, we're offically 7 days into our weight loss/healthier living challenge. We've definitely hit a couple of walls this week! Let's review...
  • We have yet to take before pics
  • We have yet to take measurements
  • We have yet to excerise regularly
  • Dear Aunt Flo was visiting... both of us. Rawr!
  • We have yet to write our goals on the blog!
  • Oh, I almost forgot... Shandy MOVED! Sheesh!

Ok, so... we've yet to do a lot. However, Shandy celebrated her 24th birthday (YAHOO!) and our decision was kind of made on a whim. So, I'll give us a pass. Now, this upcoming week's obstacles are:

  • Shandy is going to Leavenworth for Octoberfest (um, beer and brats people!)
  • Chelsi is severely behind in her homework... This leads to late night snacking and generally feeling like her guard is down... Wendy's anyone?

So, let's have a positive outlook for this week. So far, I (Chelsi) have lost roughly a pound. Shandy didn't weigh in this week so we'll wait for next Thursday for her results. This weeks goals:

  • Keep portions down
  • Excercise twice as much as last week
  • Get blog together by next Friday (sidebars, tickers, goals, challenges, etc.)
  • Lose 2 lbs this week... we can do it!!!

Alright, well that's my recap so far... I think I may just be talking to myself on this thingie, but hey... whatever works!!! :0)
